This could well be iGuzzini or it could be from one of the many fine Italian companies which were making similar lighting elements in the same style. It was a very popular design form with Italian home decor designers. It has clean clear lines and a sophisticated simplicity. Today mid century modern style is extremely popular, and contemporary copies are being made. Unless there is a signature or mark, it is often impossible to confirm the maker from style alone.
